Meet the Bringhurst crew! This month, we’re introducing Jay, our Store Team Leader! He’s been with us for 3 years and is known for being an excellent listener, a hard worker, and a knowledgeable role model. Not to mention, he’s a very creative sausage maker—some might say too creative (we’re looking at you, Fruity Pebble Sausage! 😅).

Jay and his wife, Liz, just welcomed a beautiful baby girl! We couldn’t be happier for them, and we know Jay will be an incredible dad, just as he is a great friend and an essential member of the Bringhurst team. 😊

Meet the Bringhurst Crew! This month, we’re excited to introduce Charlie, our skilled butcher at Bringhurst, who’s been with us for 10 years! Before joining the team, Charlie spent 36 years running The Carriage House Restaurant in Kirkwood with his wife, Sue. Prior to that, he proudly served in the Marine Corps for 8 years. Charlie has been cutting meat since his college days, and now, in semi-retirement, he works half days at Bringhurst. What does he do with the other half of his day? No one knows, but we like to joke that cartoons may be involved!😉 Charlie says working at Bringhurst is for the entertainment, and with the fun we have around here, that makes sense! We’re grateful to have him on our team!
