Our team has created a delicious Italian Meatball recipe for you! Serve them over your favorite Rosa pasta with Visceglias Hearty Marinara Sauce—both available in-store for the perfect meal!

ITALIAN MEATBALLS

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs. Bringhurst Ground Mix (made from beef, pork, and veal). Or, if you prefer, substitute 2 lbs. ground beef.
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup parsley (chopped)
1 cup Pe****na Romano
two eggs.
one tsp. pepper
one cup Panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 lb. Pancetta

INSTRUCTIONS
- Dice Pancetta, and pan fry until crisp. Drain fat.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, and garlic
- Mix in dry ingredients
- Gently mix in Ground Mix and Pancetta, being careful not to over mix.
- Hand roll meatballs to desired size
- Pan fry in olive or vegetable oil, or bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes.
- Simmer in marinara sauce for 20 minutes, then serve over your favorite pasta.
