Eric’s Pizza Sausage is back on the counter this week!
Inspired by Jay’s childhood friend who always ordered sausage, black olives & pepperoni on his pizza. We turned that memory into a sausage. 🍕

Pork sausage mixed with ground pepperoni, olives, three cheeses, fennel, basil, oregano, and a touch of tomato paste. "Pizza in a sausage" Enjoy!

Meet the Bringhurst Crew! Say hello to Earl! Earl’s been part of Bringhurst for 6.5 years and is one of our go-to guys in the cutting room. He’s the reason those massive sections of meat turn into the perfectly sized cuts you take home in your box. If it looks easy, that’s because Earl’s doing it - steady, skilled, and always willing to teach.

Earl said his favorite part of working here is the staff & work atmosphere “It’s like a family,” he says. “Good folks to work with and be around.”

Off the clock, Earl’s off the grid! He’s all about camping, kayaking, fishing, target shooting, and chasing sunsets at his top-secret spot. He also just celebrated his first wedding anniversary. Big shoutout to Robyn! 🎉

We’re thankful to have Earl on our team! 😊
