Meet the Bringhurst Crew! This month, we’re excited to introduce Charlie, our skilled butcher at Bringhurst, who’s been with us for 10 years! Before joining the team, Charlie spent 36 years running The Carriage House Restaurant in Kirkwood with his wife, Sue. Prior to that, he proudly served in the Marine Corps for 8 years. Charlie has been cutting meat since his college days, and now, in semi-retirement, he works half days at Bringhurst. What does he do with the other half of his day? No one knows, but we like to joke that cartoons may be involved!😉 Charlie says working at Bringhurst is for the entertainment, and with the fun we have around here, that makes sense! We’re grateful to have him on our team!
