Meet the Bringhurst Crew! This month, we’re excited to introduce Charlie, our skilled butcher at Bringhurst, who’s been with us for 10 years! Before joining the team, Charlie spent 36 years running The Carriage House Restaurant in Kirkwood with his wife, Sue. Prior to that, he proudly served in the Marine Corps for 8 years. Charlie has been cutting meat since his college days, and now, in semi-retirement, he works half days at Bringhurst. What does he do with the other half of his day? No one knows, but we like to joke that cartoons may be involved!😉 Charlie says working at Bringhurst is for the entertainment, and with the fun we have around here, that makes sense! We’re grateful to have him on our team!

We’re offering a special ready-to-eat Valentine’s Dinner for Two, available for pickup on Friday, February 14th, between 3 pm and 5 pm.

Each person selects an entrée:
• Prime Rib with natural au jus
• Pan-roasted Chilean Salmon with Lemon Dill Beurre Blanc

Served with:
• Roasted rosemary fingerling potatoes
• Green beans almondine
