Hi, I am Colleen Nicklas Askew, the owner and manager of The Old Building venue in Berwick, Louisiana.

The mezzanine deck. It's where I spend a lot of time planning, researching, napping, and enjoying the view. It's where we have had so many events, including a private wedding up here. A candle pouring class, market booths, guests going up there to eat and visit, bride and groom eating privately, tea parties, and so much more. It's a cool little hidden gem up there at The Old Building.
It's additional seating for any event, where DJ's set up, and you can also watch a game up there on our TV.
Just wanted to introduce you to our mezzanine deck in case you have never gone up there:). You also have to go up the stairs that were built inside of the old dumb waiter, little fun fact.
