Happy New Year!
For those of you new here, welcome! Let me introduce myself- I’m Jenn, with JennyLynn Events! I have always had a dream to be in the wedding industry since I was 15. Once I got married to my husband in 2017, I immediately fell in love with all of the details that go into a successful day of hectic happiness!! Shortly after tying the knot, I started a job at the Gardens at Heather Farm in Walnut Creek. I was there helping with over 100 weddings every year, to large parties, fundraisers, memorials, etc. You name it, I did it. If there was a bride who didn’t know where to go, I’m holding her dress up until she is at the aisle. If the vendor is short on help, I’m jumping in. If there’s an issue, I helped fix it fast and make the rest of the day sail away ⛵️ Once COVID hit in 2020, there went the Gardens. So, I branched out on my own, slowly but surely. I did my first official wedding in 2018, all by myself! It was pretty cool, and I’ve loved it ever since. I’m the girl with the clipboard! 📋
Being a wedding coordinator is a busy lifestyle, but I love being the wedding enthusiast friend. I have lots of knowledge with timelines, floor plans, table displays, wedding party rehearsals, plus wedding tips and tricks along the way. I have weekly checklists to help keep you on track, as many meetings as necessary, and more. If you need flowers picked up the morning of the event, tell me because I can help! If you are overwhelmed with trying to decide on vendors in your area, call me! If your budget suddenly changes and we have to scratch the ENTIRE plan and start fresh- I got you!!! I can help you stick to your wedding theme and help give you inspirational photos or examples of things you might like! (boho, DIY, color themes, seasonal themes, etc) Wedding planning can be CRAZY, but I know lots of ways to help planning along the way, so it’s not one huge project of overwhelming questions you don’t have answers to! It has been a fun ride so far, and I love every minute of it. I am at my best potential when I’m a busy bee 🐝

For our 2022 season recap:
This year, I worked with DJ Nocturnal & Robin who has a wonderful home in Byron. In May, when the Johnson’s got married at a robin’s venue, we used the patio ceremony site. When the McCombes lost their original wedding venue in Pinole in May, I immediately thought of Robin! They decided to build a whole entirely NEW ceremony site, and had it done before the McCombes wedding in early October! (Pictures and videos attached) They worked so hard to bring this huge dream that Jessica and I had come to life , and I am still so blessed for the opportunities I had this year with them! I also had the privledge of working with Tiffany Hom Photography, as well as Willa Photography, and they both did a great job with their happily ever after photos! I am looking forward to working with new vendors, new venue locations, and new clients coming up for the 2023 season!!!
