Our team at @whataproductionstudio recently filmed a jaripeo event in New York. We made a video showcasing all of the gear we used from @hollylandtech that made this shoot possible. There is no better communication solution than the Solidcom headsets, period. We were also able to make great use of the Mars 4K transmitter on a cinelifter drone, carrying a Sony FX3. A couple of weeks ago, me and my team at @whataproductionstudio had the profound honor of participating in an event that touched our hearts deeply: Bark In the Park. This beautiful gathering was organized by the compassionate @starxgirlxo , the founder of @happily.furever.after.rescue . During the event, we had the incredible opportunity to speak with individuals whose lives had been transformed by the simple yet profound act of rescuing their furry companions. Each story I heard was a testament to the unbreakable bond between humans and animals, filled with love, hope, and healing. Jaclyn’s journey began in the wake of her beloved adopted friend Tyler’s passing in 2021, a loss that ignited her passion for giving other animals a second chance at life. Her dedication and the heartfelt stories shared that day reminded us all of the power of love and the joy that comes from opening our hearts and homes to those in need.

The BD1 dummy battery is a game changer! It allows the camera operator to power 2 devices with just one power supply using either a d-tap cable, or a usb c cable. We just filmed another epic @ilovernbwednesday at Coney Island, New York. Our video crew would not be able to to communicate with eachother at such a loud event without the use of the solidcom C1 pro headsets from @hollylandtech . We were also able to transmit video from the Pyro 7, and M1 Enhanced monitors, allowing our crew in the production tent to watch, and give us instructions when needed.

In our drone operations, we have at least one visual observer to monitor the aircraft when it is out of the pilot’s line of sight. This necessitates clear and uninterrupted communication among the crew at all times. Filming live events requires seamless communication among the crew, and Solidcom wireless headsets from Hollyland have proven to be indispensable for us. They are reliable, well-built, and their battery life is phenomenal. We used them extensively while filming a Cardi B event at Coney Island, and without these headsets, coordinating as a team would have been impossible due to the loud environment. Our crew for this project included 2 drone pilots, 2 cinematographers on the ground, and a photographer.
