It's been a moment... Like almost a whole year!!! I've been busy with life and baby birthing. But alas spring has sprung and it's time to get reinvigorated and reinvested in bringing some good good food to a table near you. I am hoping to get some to go meals together in the near future but first I must bait you a bit with hints of local collaboration!! I am getting back to working in the next week but I do want to continue doing this and expanding to me previously held plans for summer food gatherings as soon as that's a thing we can do again. Until then the days I have off are Monday thru Wednesday. What are your thoughts on having breakfast delivered to your door?? Anyone interested in delivered to your door brunch???

$20 for 1 person including delivery and $10 for each additional serving (IE a family of 4 would cost $50)... I will also do special request any day at variable pricing just get in touch.

I know this is a new and sparsely used page but riddle me this. Would you be more inclined to order food if I left the menu up to you (as you order) OR made a "menu" for the week and you could just say ya I want some of that and I can make enough for everyone interested, kinda like we are eating together but seperate???

A little soft opening in a time of need... How can I help?

Hello all you new homeschool teachers and mageirocophobics. As many of you already know I have an ambition to one day own my own food service business. Well, I've got all kinds of time on my hands. As I iron out a plan and details for my future business Parea Kitchen & Catering (🤞) I was wondering if anybody would want some homemade meals delivered to their homes so they can have a stress free delicious meal with their family. I would charge the cost of the actual food used and like $10 for energy (electric) and delivery to the SAD 44 area.

I see this as an opportunity to practice my craft and provide a service to you, my neighbors. If anyone is interested let me know. I can cook pretty much anything but am most familiar with French, Italian, Mexican and English/American comfort foods.

My new favorite thing is dining with the raclette... I mean honestly how can slathering grilled items with melty cheese not be a good idea??

Today's dinner:

Savory chive crepes with raclette options broccoli, asparagus, caramelized onions and oyster mushrooms, toasted lions mane mushroom, arugula with lemon, roasted cherry tomatoes, bacon, prosciutto + cheddar and fondue cheeses.
