The float was decorated with Playbill’s iconic branding, marquee lights, sponsor logos, and rainbow-themed Playbill covers showcasing all of this Broadway season’s shows.

A special weekend celebrating inclusivity and the power of the arts in the LGBTQIA+ community 🌈
We were thrilled to produce Playbill and Times Square Alliance’s third-annual Pride in Times Square, a two-day series of free concerts and performances featuring Broadway stars.
Our team designed and fabricated a custom float decorated with special Pride-themed #Playbill covers that doubled as a performance stage. We also custom wrapped a double-decker bus for sponsor Viiv Healthcare that was displayed throughout the event and featured at the Pride March.

The Energy Run ⚡️ Santa Monica, CA ⚡️
We worked with Nike and design partner Becore to produce an epic event in Santa Monica celebrating Global Running Day and the release of the Pegasus 41 running shoe.
Over 1,500 runners participated in the 3-mile run, followed by post-race festivities on the Santa Monica Pier, including a performance by SOFI TUKKER and a drone show above the Pacific Ocean.
We handled production, permitting, logistics, fabrication, and printing to help bring this experience to life for the LA running community.

IDEKO Print Shop Case Study: ICC Men's T20 World Cup Qualifiers 🏏
We were tasked with designing, printing, and installing signage for the ICC T20 World Cup at the temporary Nassau County International Cricket Stadium at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow, NY.
In less than one month, our team created over 1,600 signs in our Brooklyn-based print shop and installed them across the stadium and venue grounds for nine days of match play.

Congrats, Life360, on a successful #Nasdaq listing 📍
We worked with the leading location sharing app to help bring its IPO celebration to life at the Nasdaq #MarketSite, which was transformed into Life360 World.
The activation featured numerous interactive elements, including a photo op with a Lincoln Continental Convertible, a selfie station, and a merch shop featuring giveaways and swag.
Our team executed production, permitting, fabrication, and printing for the event, including building multiple scenic elements such as the photo backdrop, pin drop sculpture, selfie station, merch kiosk, and gallery walls.

Beginning at Brookfield Place, participants were cheered on by the FDNY as they made their way to the finish line next to the 9/11 Memorial, followed by post-race festivities featuring activities, live music, and food trucks.

An interactive Times Square takeover of the iconic Coca-Cola billboard 🕹️
We worked with Townhouse, Subvrsive, and Grey to support a larger-than-life Coca-Cola activation in the heart of #TimesSquare. Passersby had the opportunity to compete in a Coca-Cola-themed game of paddle ball on the billboard for all to see!
Our team handled permitting, security, staffing, and fabrication services, including delivering a custom-branded couch with its own sound system where participants competed in each session of gameplay.

We worked with Throwing Star Collective to help produce the #RedBull Kumite Gaming Pop-Up in Times Square, handling permitting, staging, lighting, audio, and site support.
Onlookers gathered to watch as top gamers and the general public played Street Fighter 6 on a 68 ft x 42 ft digital billboard to promote the upcoming competition at Brooklyn’s Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse.

‘Sculpture of Dreams’ by legendary Argentinian conceptual artist Marta Minujin is turning heads in hashtag#TimesSquare! ✨
The 30 ft, 16-piece inflatable sculpture, presented by Times Square Arts and The Jewish Museum, is the artist’s first public sculpture in NYC and is on view November 14th, 15th, and 18th-21st from 12 pm-8 pm.

Serving sustainability with waterdrop in #TimesSquare 💧🎾
Ahead of the 2023 US Open, we teamed up with #waterdrop to produce an interactive tennis activation featuring ambassadors Novak Djokovic, Taylor Fritz & Danielle Collins to promote its sustainable mission of eliminating plastic bottles.
We built a custom tennis court, the first-ever in Times Square, where both passersby and tennis stars battled in the heart of NYC while enjoying Microdrinks from the brand’s Hydration Bar.
The day culminated with ‘The Match of the Year,’ where we facilitated audio for Novak’s personalized billboard message before he entered the court surrounded by hundreds of fans.

We worked with the innovative electric vehicle manufacturer to help bring its IPO celebration to life, which showcased the brand’s VF 8 and VF 9 models in the heart of #TimesSquare.

IDEKO and our sister company NYFF Events partnered with #GreatWolfLodge & Grapevine Events to celebrate the grand opening of a new section of the water park in the Pocono Mountains!
