But it is good to see our POTUS is recruiting rich people for visas ($$$) to come here and EMPLOY people. Hey, they will probably buy some real estate here too.

I don't usually answer my phone if I don't know the caller, but I just did because I was waiting for another call.

It was one of those private equity firms ( scum) calling to try to purchase my property so they can turn around and charge $2000 for rent. Of course, I hung up on him.

I was talking to someone a while back. They too got a call and the guy was in shock at how much information they had about his property. He said, "they are trying to make it so everyone has to rent". His words exactly.

The rich trying to take advantage of the poor. 🤮

It's kind of hard to see but it looks like one of the resident coons might be walking with more of a limp than normal

One from a neighborhood pack headed back to the sewer they seem to live in.

We have snow and cold temps coming so I am running the mower out of gas to store for the winter. My maintenance guy said I need a new head gasket? I will have to research and hope I can do that myself. Sometimes it boils down to just not having the right tools 😕 Hoping I don't run it out of oil while running it out of gas. It seems to only leak oil while it is running.
