I just rec'd a call from a job/career SEEKER looking for a recruiter to help them find them a position.

It has been some time since I have rec'd such a call but I want to clear up some confusion.

Many people think that recruiters 'find people jobs'.
That isn't what they do. Recruiters work relentlessly cold calling and soliciting their services to companies to secure job orders for their openings.

When the recruiter gets a signed contract with the client company they then work relentlessly to find people that fit the qualifications of what their client is seeking to fill that opening.

Most often the Job requisitions or job orders are contingent based meaning the recruiter doesn't make a penny until they fill the opening with their client COMPANY.

Staffing agencies tend to work more on behalf of the job seekers or candidates.

I am all ears if anyone has advice for tarter control powder or liquid for dog food or water. Rahli has mild tarter. I do brush his teeth but extra help would he great!

Needless to say, I did do the cut I posted this weekend, but, of course, mine looks nothing like that YET.

I do love how Alecia styled it though. Combed forward and flat. She just combed it how it naturally lies.

Alecia at tbk great clips. Highly recommend her and wow her and I have a hoot together. Same dry raunchy sense of humor. I can talk to her about anything....
