This reminds me of my post about why I go to PF and it isn't to lose weight. Yes, that would be NICE but that is only a tiny motivation for me to work out. Heart, mind, lungs etc. Better a1c, cholesterol, and BP also. A little socializing is nice too and mindful meditation to music.
