🍎 Free Apples for the Community! 🍎

The Tygarts Valley Conservation District is excited to participate in a project that directly benefits our community! The Department of Agriculture has received a grant to help support local apple growers who are facing challenges due to an influx of foreign apple concentrate in the market.

We’re thrilled to announce that 500 bushels of apples will be available for FREE to anyone in the community.

📍 Where: Camp Pioneer, Ag Building
📅 When: Saturday, December 14th at Noon

Please help us spread the word so we can ensure these apples make their way to as many homes as possible. Let’s support our growers and enjoy the fruits of their labor!

We will have a raffle this Saturday at our Breakfast with Santa. There will be two lucky boy and girl winners. Each bag is loaded with toys.
Tickets are $1 each or 5 for $6.

We've been busy wrapping presents for Saturday's Breakfast with Santa. Each child will get a ticket to win one of the presents and each child will get a gift from Santa (limited to 100 children).

This event takes place from 8:00 am - 10:00 am, this Saturday. $10.00 per person. Ages 2 and under will be $5.00.

Due to expected weather conditions overnight, the FRN Mobile Food Distribution at Camp Pioneer is cancelled for tomorrow 12/12.

We have rescheduled this for NEXT THURSDAY 12/19.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but wish to keep our participants, drivers, and volunteers safe.

Thank you Mountaineer Food Bank and 4-H Camp Pioneer for getting us rescheduled before the holidays!

Please share and spread the word, as some participants may not be on social media. Everyone stay warm and safe!

🌼💖 Help Us Build Community Picnic Tables on Our Campus! 💖🌼
