Beantown Lindy Hop Camp

Beantown this year was truly spectacular. It was quite the journey making it all happen, but we were well rewarded with an amazing week. We are incredibly grateful to the instructors, guests, musicians, our fabulous crew, and of course all the wonderful campers from near and far. It was something special which we’d love for everyone to experience. Plans are in the works for the next one. Dates are now confirmed for June 26 to checkout day July 3. It will be year #27, and the 19th year at the Endicott campus. If you would like to have a fabulous Lindy Hop vacation full of fantastic classes, dances, a wide variety of additional activities, and much joy, join us in 2025!

This year will be the 3rd in the three year plan with Endicott College moving Beantown to their current price structure. This does mean that prices will once again need to be increased. We’ve been focused on making the lowest impact possible with what we have to contend with. On the plus side, the campus has wonderful facilities, a beautiful setting, and an excellent dining hall. Some campers say they come for the food.😊

Thinking about summer, warm weather, and having fun? Want an excellent start to the summer? Beantown's got that. The Endicott campus has a beautiful setting on the shore just north of Boston, including it’s own beaches. The views and the breezes are fantastic. An ideal location for a Lindy Hop vacation! Discount prices are ending soon on Friday, May 31.

Full prices go into effect in June. Whole shebang and week discounts for first timers, as well as international discounts will remain in effect. If applicable, discounts can be combined! Now is the perfect time to make your plans, as camp is only four weeks away!

Housing is still available, however, some of the choices have sold out. It is highly recommended to stay on campus, which almost everyone does. All housing includes full meals. Once on campus, there is no need to have a car, as everything is in walking distance.

Support this year for the Beantown Ambassador program would be much appreciated!

Beantown Camp has been working with the Frankie Manning Foundation’s Scholars Program (formerly Ambassadors Program) since 2012. The Beantown Ambassador program was established to enable previous Frankie Manning Foundation Scholars and Ambassadors return to camp. We are incredibly pleased with how the Beantown program has grown, however, the number of Ambassadors we hope to assist has increased, while expenses have also gone up. This year has been especially challenging. If you would like to contribute, it can be done with a camp registration or separately.

Camp registrations for Beantown Ambassadors are free of charge. All raised funds go directly to covering expenses for housing and meals plus travel. Each contribution is very much appreciated!

A reminder that the Beantown Early Bird prices expire on Tuesday, April 30! Now is an excellent time to submit your registration. Other discounts include First Timers attending for the Whole Shebang or Week, and International for those residing outside of the U.S.

It's been 3 weeks since Beantown registration opened. Keeping us busy, but wonderful to hear from excited campers. It also reminds us that Beantown is about coming together with our Lindy Hop community. We're grateful to have that opportunity, and thrilled to see a wide range of first time and returning campers from throughout the U.S. and beyond.

As April is flying by, now would be a good time to register! The Early Bird prices will be coming to an end soon. Register by Tuesday, April 30 before the prices change. If you have students, friends, or know other dancers who might be interested, please spread the word. There are whole shebang and week discounts for first timers, as well as international discounts.

Do the whole shebang or week if you can. Each day brings something different. The schedule will be packed with a large variety of activities. There are other registration options available if you can't make the week. Beantown will be here before you know it!

We’re happy to announce that Beantown registration will open on Saturday, March 30. Details are being finalized and will be available soon.

Beantown 2024 is happening! We’ve been immersed in planning, watching the weeks fly by too quickly. There is a lot coming together, and also much to do.

This year Beantown runs from June 27 to July 4 (checkout day), back to our usual time slot on the calendar. As with every year, we are taking what we learned from each camp, plus feedback that was received, and making new modifications and tweaks for 2024. What hasn't changed is our aim to provide a joyful, stress free, amazing week of dancing, fantastic classes, social activities, camaraderie and fun. A true Lindy Hop vacation!

Registration is planned to open in March (date TBA). We are currently working with Endicott College to finalize pricing, incorporating their new pricing structure. The beautiful campus and facilities at Endicott have added a lot to Beantown evolving into the unique event that it is.

We hope you can join us for our 26th Beantown! The website is currently showing 2023 info, although it can be useful to see what a week at Beantown is about. We’ll be updating details as they are finalized. Stay tuned for more info coming soon.
