The City of Bexley is excited to announce that all traditional Independence Day celebrations are taking place on Sunday, July 4th! Celebrations will include the John Barr 5k, parade, evening celebrations, and fireworks. The City has worked with public health experts and Franklin County Public Health to ensure our plans will keep residents, guests, and volunteers as safe as possible. The City encourages all participants to follow CDC guidelines this 4th of July, depending on whether or not they are fully vaccinated.
Evening Celebrations & Fireworks – doors open at 5:00 pm - Ticketing Required
To ensure safe spacing for the evening celebrations and fireworks, we are using a ticketing system for this years' event. Tickets are free, and residency in Bexley is not required to register. We have 7,500 tickets available for the evening celebrations and fireworks, and guests can register starting today! Ticket registration will be open leading up to the event as long as there are tickets remaining. Entry will not be permitted without a ticket, and minors must be registered by a parent or guardian.
