Hate to even have to say this, but when you have a run booked with us....please call us in a respectable time frame, when you know you can't follow through. We understand, things come up, emergencies happen etc......but when we are dressed up, limo is cleaned and ready to pick you up, it is not fun to find out your not even around for the run you booked.

When we bought the limo, we had a contract made up that required a deposit in order to guarantee your date. We strayed away from doing that, because we really have not had any problems with this, but, this is not the 1st time just within a couple months time, a run randomly did not happen, only to find out, when we called to touch base again, the day of.

Because of this, we will be implementing the contract with deposit requirements from here on out. When we get zero notice, we lose time and money that we could have made with someone else who may have wanted that day but we could not do it, because we had it booked already for someone else.
