The sign says it all. I guarantee better tasting venison than any deer processing shop in Michigan. Your deer is refrigerated as soon as possible, it is washed and trimmed while hanging prior to going into the cooler. It is then washed again before we start cutting the steaks in Loins and tenderloins and Roasts And we trim more fat and inedible crap off the deer and remove all the hair. There is no one that gives you more pounds back per deer than Kelly’s deer processing. I guarantee it.
