oom is a fantastic choice for smaller gatherings of no more than 100-125 guest. There is a room in the back of the building with approximately 2000 square feet of open floor with a bar area and bar stools are included. You will also receive access to our 2000 sq ft patio outside which includes tables, chairs, and outdoor bar tables, lots of shade, and quiet area for your guest to enjoy. The Hardware Store is a larger option accommodating around 200-250 guest. This portion of the venue runs about 7,000 sq ft. with an upstairs balcony, a quiet room used to be a bridal room on occasion, and a full size kitchen. For those larger events that require lots of moving room and set up areas, you can rent the entire venue which includes The Hardware Store, The Party Room, and The Courtyard as well as all their included amenities. We offer discounts for renting an area for a second day if it is required. Our general price list can be found on our website.
