The second portion of Stephanie & Jeff's elopement was a bit up in the air. A few days prior, the gate at Rocky Point was closed, so there was no guarantee that we could get in. However, being a super easygoing couple, all the positive vibes came through and the gate was open! The property is currently getting a makeover, including trail restorations, so I'm really excited to see what awesome changes they are making! I hope other couples in the future can experience the magic we felt during this time 🥰

Every elopement for me is unique and holds a special place in my heart, but this couple's day was exceptionally heartwarming 💛 Up for an adventure and big on road trips, S&J could have gone anywhere but they knew Big Sur was it for them. I can't believe I get to hang out with these cool couples and get to create imagery like this. It's truly a special profession and it means the world to me.

How amazing are those florals btw? THE COLORS!!! It's by the amazing of course 💐❤️

I feel like we got so lucky with everything going on in Big Sur. We were in the middle of planning when the road closure happened. Day of, the weather looked extremely questionable but we went for it anyway. I am so glad everything worked out, and I still can't believe we had one of the most popular spots in Big Sur all to ourselves! This was such a fun time and I appreciate being trusted with this important moment 🥰

Rain or shine, love will prevail! Sometimes, it rains on an elopement day, but that didn't dampen the spirits of this incredible couple. We even lucked out and spotted a banana slug, a rare treat only seen in wet weather! I think we named him Bob 😂🐌

& .dufour were troopers and the rain didn't hold us back at all. Thank you so much for being such sweeties 💕

These images were 2 years in the making!! Mike & I were so bummed when we had to cancel our original trip to Oahu years ago. Luis & Howie were so understanding though, and I vowed we would make this session possible down the line.

Then there we were, getting to photograph the sweetest couple in a beautiful new setting. It's not every day I get to spend time with a couple in gorgeous Hawaii!! This session was so incredibly special and something I will never forget. Thank you to our new friends & 💙

This week we completed the Alamere Falls hike via Coast Trail from the Palomarin Trailhead in Point Reyes. We said hell no to the illegal shortcut which would have shaved off several miles. Roughly about 15 miles, we feel proud of ourselves even though our bodies do not 😭😆
