Our lovely bride asked for both wedding and reception to be outdoors, so we built a field kitchen. After the inclement weather forced us into a rain delay of 1.5 hrs, the sun peeked through and carried the evening forward seamlessly.
We made all the apps, main course, desserts and even the wedding cake-a special request from the bride-a 6 layer olive oil ricotta cake with lemon curd and vanilla bean buttercream.

CSSC 'Under the Sea' Holiday Party.
This healthcare and surgical team group had been waiting 3 years to have this event, so we were thrilled to put on a fun event that was so deserving.
On the menu was coconut shrimp, stuffed mushrooms, mini beef Wellingtons, angus tritip and creamy basil chicken.
Chunk-n-Chip was here with build your own ice cream sammies, About Town Bartending was serving cocktails, and the boat parade put on a spectacular light show.
All in all, a great night! 🌟
