Hellooo friends!

We are excited to announce our participation in the upcoming Sip & Shop event at the best ever Bespoke Events space in Winthrop, MA this Saturday 11/16 from 10:00AM - 3:00PM. The Sauce Catering team will be there with our house made infused olive oils which make GREAT gifts. We will also have samples of wine from our own wine label, Wild Wines, for you to try and you will be able to buy a glass at the bar while you're shopping as well. Isn't that great!?

This event is not to be missed. Get a head start on your holiday shopping and enjoy a glass of wine while you check holiday shopping off your to do list. WINNING!

We had the privilege of providing the staff meal for a large corporate event this past weekend and it was a big hit! We provided sandwiches including roast beef, herbed cheese spread, arugula, and horseradish sauce on ciabatta bread. We also made hummus, roasted red pepper, and spinach wraps. The sides were our strawberry fields salad as well as a Greek pasta salad. Finished off with a brownie platter. YUM!

The Sauce team catered a wedding there over the weekend and served a variety of passed appetizers, a graze board, and buffet consisting of marry me chicken, steak tips, candied carrots, and mashed potatoes. We ended with a dessert graze board and late night snack. It was a GREAT night!

This week, we were privileged enough to host a wine tasting at the office in Boston! City Experiences manages the Boston harbor cruises we all know and love including the ferries, whale watches, Codzilla and the dinner cruise boats including The Spirit of Boston and The Odyssey. Sauce owners Sarah and Amy were invited to come in and introduce our wine label and conduct a tasting and it was so much fun!

Did you know that The Sauce is not only a full service food provider but we are also a fully licensed and insured bar service. We hold a 12c catering license as well as a wholesale license, allowing us to distribute our own wine directly to retailers. The first of its kind in Massachusetts.

Look at how fantastic this is! We were thrilled to be part of this amazing birthday party event which took place in our clients backyard. The party had a jungle/dinosaur theme and our sister company nailed the decor! We are OBSESSED with the palm arrangements, the greenery wall that was built and we love how the colors of the linens and napkins pulled it all together. The Sauce Catering handled all of the food with burgers, hot dogs, pulled BBQ chicken sliders, and a variety of sides including potato salad, pasta and garden salad.
