This holiday season, CID will be showing support to the local chapter of Wreaths Across America. This national organization delivers wreaths to local towns to be placed on the gravesite of our fallen soldiers, including those resting at Arlington National Cemetery. As the granddaughter of a Master Sargent in the Air Force and relative to many others who have served, this act of service really tugs on heart strings.

We recently had the fun opportunity to produce a large scale corporate event in Boston. We were charged with designing a fun nightclub style space for a post conference celebration. The client named two goals...

1. Have the best party.
2. Host an EDM show for adults.

Well, we delivered a custom production filled with unique technology based experiences that left guests dancing all night long. The clients approached us at the completion of the evening, confirming that our event goals were met.

We have to thank the incredible team that supported this event. This collective group of intelligent event leaders created this 2k person event in less than three months!!! It's was such a joy to lead this group as the executive production management team.

Hi all, its Amy!

As a serial entrepre-mom, the village required to handle all the projects we take on is vast! During any given event, it's a team approach to a set of goals set by the client. This requires a set of skills in communication, tolerance, and respect for all parts of the event experience. Sometimes, people enter your lives as event partners, but remain as friends and family!

This week, team CID will be overseeing the largest grossing set of events in our 10 years. This is a wonderful gift, but means we will be leaning on our industry partners, friends and families to push us over the finish line.

So, we want to take a moment to thank our village for their continued dedication to excellence and the unwavering trust to allow team CID to lead. We love you all and appreciate your support.

This also applies to the Sauce Team, Wild Wines and the so many event partners that I don't have pics with!! So many more adventures to come, but for now, quite simply, thank you.

We are hiring! With a growing event production company schedule and a sister company that provides catering services, we are looking to fill (2) part time positions to help execute our event schedule.

Key responsibilities:
-Stage all products necessary for events and communicate to the Director of Operations any challenges.
-Maintain inventory control of all products.
-Maintain cleanliness of all products and the warehouse.
-Pack and Unpack vehicles for events.
-Work with Director of Operations to coordinate any product maintenance
-Occasional errands to pick up items, return items, etc. (company vehicle will be provided)

Minimum qualifications:
-Ability to consistently move in a full range of motion and to stand for long periods of time
-High school diploma/GED or equivalent
-Previous distribution or warehouse experience
-Motivated individual, ability to work solo and good communication skills.
-Transportation to and from Billerica, MA
-A history of collaboration and teamwork is a plus
-Ability to lift, push, pull upwards of 75 lbs. On a regular basis
-Available for varied schedule to include nights and weekends.

Pay ranges $18-$25/Hour, depending on experience.

Hi all,
Consider It Done Special Events is looking to hire event staff to help with set and strike of our events. This position is based out of Billerica, where we prep all the event decor like flowers, drapery, Event furniture, lighting and more. We are mostly known for our ceiling designs. Our sister company is a catering company, so there are opportunities to work for both companies.

Here are the requirements...
-Must be a minimum of age 18
-Mostly nights and weekends
-Must be physically capable of picking up 50lbs on a regular basis and able to stay on your feet for longer periods.
-Must be ok climbing a ladder!
-Must have a valid drivers license and transportation to our shop in Billerica. We will provide vehicles to bring items to the event.
-Prefer someone with any event experience or restaurant experience.

We are so incredibly honored to partake in producing the annual ILEA Boston Heart and Soul Awards. This year, we created a completely customized event from scratch with a huge list of partners. It has taken a planning team of NINE professional, 6 months of planning, more than 20 event partners, and countless event staff for just this one event.
