Our Story
Kiva House Concerts is a house concert series located in Billerica, MA that hosts local and national talent in an intimate relaxing atmosphere. Since 1999, we have hosted such performers as Ellis Paul, Lori McKenna, Kay Hanley, Adam Ezra, Antje Duvekot, Chris Trapper, the Weepies, Air Traffic Controller, Michael Glabicki (of Rusted Root), and Flynn..
In 2018, we celebrated our 97th show!
Kiva House Concerts take place in the comfort of the family room in our home. Sometimes in the summer months, we move the shows outdoors. Some performances are completely acoustic with no sound system at all, but even with the sound system, it's a completely different experience from your traditional concert venue.
Our capacity is 40 people, so it is a great place to see the musicians you love (and to find out about new rising stars) in a smaller casual setting.
We are in Billerica, Massachusetts, about a mile from the Burlington town line and very close to routes 128/95, 93, 3, and 495. There is no T or bus route to get within a mile of our front door, but if you can arrange a ride with someone else, there is plenty of safe on-street parking available.
All money collected for each concert goes to the performer. We do not take any cut, as our “payment” is the enjoyment of having live music in our home and being able to share that with others.
