House concert series in Billerica, MA. We've hosted over 100 shows since 1999, including Kay Hanley In 2019, we celebrated our 100th show!

the summer months, we move the shows outdoors. Some performances are completely acoustic with no sound system at all, but even with the sound system, it's a completely different experience
from your traditional concert venue. Our capacity is 40 people, so it is a great place to see the musicians you love (and to find out about new rising stars) in a smaller casual setting. We are in Billerica, Massachusetts, about a mile from the Burlington town line and very close to routes 128/95, 93, 3, and 495. There is no T or bus route to get within a mile of our front door, but if you can arrange a ride with someone else, there is plenty of safe on-street parking available.

Hey peoples! The Jeffrey Gaines show this Sunday August 11th at 3:30pm (doors at 3pm) has a little bit of room left if we can have it outdoors; indoor capacity is sold out. Looks like we will be able to have it outside though, based on current forecasts.

Flynn worked with the Hollywood icon Cher and Grammy Award winning producer David Kahne (Paul McCartney, Tony Bennett) to record his song "Human" for the movie "Stuck on You" The song was chosen for the film's end credit song. On Broadway, Flynn's music compositions were featured in "Super-Man Live!" This spectacle graced stages across the U.S including Radio City Music Hall in NYC, The Kodak Theater in L.A, and Boston's "Wang Center." Flynn has had numerous songs placed on several major network shows.

Our Story

Kiva House Concerts is a house concert series located in Billerica, MA that hosts local and national talent in an intimate relaxing atmosphere. Since 1999, we have hosted such performers as Ellis Paul, Lori McKenna, Kay Hanley, Adam Ezra, Antje Duvekot, Chris Trapper, the Weepies, Air Traffic Controller, Michael Glabicki (of Rusted Root), and Flynn.. In 2018, we celebrated our 97th show! Kiva House Concerts take place in the comfort of the family room in our home. Sometimes in the summer months, we move the shows outdoors. Some performances are completely acoustic with no sound system at all, but even with the sound system, it's a completely different experience from your traditional concert venue. Our capacity is 40 people, so it is a great place to see the musicians you love (and to find out about new rising stars) in a smaller casual setting. All money collected for each concert goes to the performer. We do not take any cut, as our “payment” is the enjoyment of having live music in our home and being able to share that with others.
