I do not often take the time to share the struggles I can run into as a wedding photographer but today I am going to be candid. You see this gorgeous photo of the cutest couple? I delivered their photos to them three days ago. I always check the gallery to follow up on things and see what they liked in there. I realized they were missing 600 photos! After two hours of working to remedy this I made the decision to reedit the photos.

Why did I feel a need to share this? A professional photographer will have multiple backups of your wedding photos and when something happens we pull up our sleeves and reedit.

If you can, always ask your potential wedding photographer how they store your photos. Hire someone with experience and reviews to match. HOPEFULLY that is ME.

So I will be editing this same wedding a second time this week and I couldn't be happier about it!

✨ Twelve Fresh Starts ✨

There’s something special about January 1st—the feeling of a fresh slate, hope for change, and the motivation to improve. But what if we didn’t limit that feeling to just once a year? What if every 1st of the month became a new beginning?

Imagine twelve opportunities to reset, refocus, and grow. Twelve chances to leave behind what isn’t serving us and step into something better.

This wedding is one I’ll always remember! The couple couldn’t have been sweeter, and their guests were just as thoughtful and kind. Many of them spoke French, but every time I was nearby, they switched to English to make sure I felt included—a gesture that really touched me.

And let me tell you, the newlyweds’ exit in Grandpa’s vintage Model T was the cutest send-off ever! Such a perfect, timeless way to end a beautiful day. 💕
