In 1990 Rick and Sylvana purchased P.S. and through the past 25 years they have created an atmosphere of fine dining in casual elegance. A

fter expanding in 1995 with the addition of our beautiful lounge, P.S. continued to grow adding our catering venue in 2006. Our wine list has been enhanced from Preecha's ten wines to over 400 selections. In 1994 P.S. was the first restaurant in the area to earn the prestigious Wine Spectator award of excellence and continued to receive the award year after year.

Our Story

Through the years Chef Richard Dodd C.E.C. has been awarded Chef of the Year Southern Tier Chapter of the American Culinary Federation, nominated for the National Chef of the Year by the American Culinary federation. Chef Dodd has been awarded Bronze, Silver and Gold Medals in the American Heart Association Culinary Competitions. Chef Dodd has been guest Chef for many local competitions and fundraisers.

P.S. Restaurant has proudly to hosted many fundraisers from American diabetes Association, Sweet Kids, Ross Park Zoo, Hurricane Katrina, Toys for Tots and Private Recipients

Our mission is simple: "Fresh is Best." We support local farmers and everything is personally prepared by our owner/ chef Rick Dodd. Our atmosphere is casual yet elegant and from the moment you walk through our door you are a guest in our restaurant!!!

We have personalized gourmet catering customized just for you! We have 25 years of catering experience for special occasions and business meetings. To suit your requests, all food is customized.

Our Philosophy

Our basic philosophy at P.S. is from the moment you walk in our door you are a guest in our restaurant. From our first greeting to your last goodbye, our casual, yet attentive servers will do everything possible to make you feel at home in our restaurant. As for our food, we have but one phrase, “Fresh is best,” whether it be seafood, meat, poultry or vegetables, only the finest quality and freshest ingredients available come out of our kitchen. In keeping with our “Fresh is Best” policy all items are personally prepared to order by our owner/chef. Some items may require additional preparation time. We hope this will not be an inconvenience. If for any reason whatsoever, your dining experience does not meet your expectations, we ask you to let a member of our staff know immediately. Our primary goal is to have you raving about our service and cuisine and we will do everything in our power to achieve that goal. We appreciate and thank you for your patronage.
