We want our service and cuisine to continually excite your dining experience. P.S. Restaurant opened in 1984 by Thai Chef Preecha Songprastit. His vision was a comfortable atmosphere with amazing food. Preecha created the basis for our French, Thai fusion menu. In 1990 Rick and Sylvana purchased P.S. and through the past 25 years they have created an atmosphere of fine dining in casual elegance. A

fter expanding in 1995 with the addition of our beautiful lounge, P.S. continued to grow adding our catering venue in 2006. Our wine list has been enhanced from Preecha's ten wines to over 400 selections. In 1994 P.S. was the first restaurant in the area to earn the prestigious Wine Spectator award of excellence and continued to receive the award year after year.

Our Story

Through the years Chef Richard Dodd C.E.C. has been awarded Chef of the Year Southern Tier Chapter of the American Culinary Federation, nominated for the National Chef of the Year by the American Culinary federation. Chef Dodd has been awarded Bronze, Silver and Gold Medals in the American Heart Association Culinary Competitions. Chef Dodd has been guest Chef for many local competitions and fundraisers.

P.S. Restaurant has proudly to hosted many fundraisers from American diabetes Association, Sweet Kids, Ross Park Zoo, Hurricane Katrina, Toys for Tots and Private Recipients

Our mission is simple: "Fresh is Best." We support local farmers and everything is personally prepared by our owner/ chef Rick Dodd. Our atmosphere is casual yet elegant and from the moment you walk through our door you are a guest in our restaurant!!!
