Derby day in The Greenhouse🌹 Wonderful afternoon meeting women business owners and enjoying a Derby style tea and brunch. Thank you TN Women Connect for letting us host! Cindy had fun creating this delicious derby inspired food table, drinks and desserts. Kate’s Kreations decorated the table using horse shoes, red roses, and horses 🐴

We loved having a 1st grade class and their moms for an etiquette and 3- course tea party with Miss Cindy! The kids were dressed so cute and behaved so well. They learned how to set the tables and how to have manners at the table. A great life lesson to have!! Every student got a certificate to take home. The kids loved the tea sandwiches, english scones and cupcake in a tea cup! Thank you for joining us 🫖

The Greenhouse in Birchwood is a family affair! Owners Cindy and John had a vision of turning a working, overgrown greenhouse into a party room in 2019, when they moved here from California. Our family used the greenhouse for personal parties and holiday dinners for a couple years, then we opened the doors up to the public in January 2023. Cindy does the catering and gorgeous tablescapes, sets the tables using her beautiful dishes and has designed and helped John remodel The Greenhouse after a tornado hit us March 2nd, 2023. Cindy’s daughter Katie helps coordinate the parties and gives tours, teaches art classes, decorates and styles for events and does all the lettering and custom signs. Cindy’s daughter in law Marissa does our beautiful balloon arches and bakes cupcakes and cakes for events. We’ve been so blessed with amazing servers like Susan who is always there to help without even asking!

What do we offer? From rehearsal dinners, intimate dinner parties to bridal or baby showers, themed birthday parties, micro wedding, vow renewals and elopements. We love art parties, anniversary dinners, surprise parties, engagements, photography services and tea parties. We host community events each month open to the public!

What is the prices? For parties and events we have a rental fee for the room and that includes the tables and chairs. Then we have add-on’s available such as catering, balloon arches, decorating, etc. We can do as little as you want or do the whole entire party!

For 3 or 4 course dinners (brunch, lunch or dinner) we have a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 36 and price depends on the menu, priced per person. The tablescape, dishes, setup/cleanup and servers are included in the rental fee and per person price.

Where are you located? In Birchwood, Tennessee off Hwy 58. We are 20 minutes from Cleveland, 20 minutes from Dayton and 25 minutes from Ooltewah. It takes us 40 minutes to get downtown Chattanooga! Beautiful country roads.

“Wildflower” theme for Haven’s 20th birthday!! 🌷🌿💐🌼🪴 Kate’s Kreations hand painted a sign they requested “In a field of roses she is a wildflower” and put real flowers in various vases as centerpieces. Wildflowers on an arch for a fun backdrop! Love this theme! Thank you for celebrating with us!
