CLIENT – How much will it cost to do this job?
CHEF- $2,800 dollars to feed 50 people

CLIENT – That’s too expensive for this job!
CHEF – How much do you think it should cost?

CLIENT – $800 max! It’s a simple job!
CHEF – I can’t do the job for so little.

CLIENT – People in your line of work wants to make a huge profit!
CHEF– I’m sorry you feel this way. Why don’t you do the job?

CLIENT – But, but, I don’t know how to do any of that.
CHEF – For $900, I can teach you everything you need to know to do the job. You can then use $800 to do the job, and you’re still saving $1,100. Also, you will obtain all the knowledge and the experience for the next time you need to do this job.

CLIENT – Deal!
CHEF – Great! To start, you need to buy decor/display and food warmers. You will need a knife kit, menu options, food supply, recipes and skill.

CLIENT – But, I don’t have any of those things or the experience and I can’t buy all that for just one job!
CHEF – Ok. I can rent you my knife kit and display setup equipment for another $300. You’re still saving $800.

CLIENT – That’s cutting my savings, but I will rent your equipment.
CHEF – Perfect! I’ll be back Saturday and we can start.

CLIENT – Wait! I can’t Saturday. I only have time today.
CHEF– I’m sorry, I only teach others on Saturdays. I have to prioritize my time and my equipment needs to be in other jobs I have during the week.

CLIENT – Ok then. I will sacrifice my family’s plans on Saturday.
CHEF– Right, me too! Oh, I forgot. If you’re going to do the job yourself, you need to buy the food. There’s a high demand nowadays, so your best bet is to get a truck and be at the chef store by 7am before other chefs and restaurant owners get there.

CLIENT – AT SEVEN IN THE MORNING? On Saturday? That’s too early for me. I don’t even have a truck!
CHEF– I guess you’ll have to rent one. By the way, do you have some helpers to help you load the truck?

CLIENT – You know what? I’ve been thinking. Probably is better for you to do the job. It’s better to pay you to do the job right and not having to go through all that hassle.
CHED – Good thinking. Sign here and let me get to work.

This is the truth.

People are not just paying for a job, they are paying for knowledge, experience, tools, time, family sacrifices, and other things you bring to the table.

Dear brides,
An attempt to be your own coordinator or have someone coordinate your wedding day but you tell them to follow your timeline you created is an epic fail for your wedding day.
An experienced wedding coordinator knows her job. No matter what happens she can adjust to the circumstances and keep the flow of the event on course. Please understand things happen and ONLY an experienced coordinator knows how to handle unforeseen incidents. Trust me with this tip. I’m great at coordinating (although Im selective) and I know many great coordinators. The coordinator helps make the event an experience for the couple and their guests. I don’t care how beautiful your wedding day is, if the ex*****on is horrible the whole day is a failure.

🚨🚨🚨🚨CATERING is not CHEAP!!! Some of y’all do not understand what goes on behind the scenes to catering events!! For a family of 4 or 5 you spend $350- $450 dollars on groceries! Why do you expect to spend the same amount on 75 people? It’s ridiculous!! The cost of GROCERIES are at an all time high!! When I go grocery shopping, I spend hours going from store to store to get the best quality of food for my customers!! I unload, pay, load, unload everything in my truck, go home, unload, and then store everything! I buy pans, warmers, gloves, seasonings, silverware, and etc!! I spend HOURS in the kitchen preparing quality food for my customers! I get up at the crack of dawn to make sure I make it to the venue at a certain time. Aside from that, I pay my employees and family members to help me because I’m unable to do this alone!! I do this because it’s my PASSION!! I have a family! I am a Mother and content creator!! When I get off work, I try to record content, It's impossible to respond to everyone! I am human! One day, I will be surrounded by the right individuals that will help me conquer my goals! I LOVE COOKING!! I Love my customers and followers!! At the end of the day, I AM HUMAN!! I know my worth!! Some of y’all shop around for the cheapest quote and get mad with the results! I am very affordable and understanding!! Y’all want the brunch and food y’all see on Instagram & TikTok but half the stuff you see on those plates is cold!! If you book a caterer, they shouldn’t have to come out of their own pocket to accommodate your event!! You are expected to pay for everything!! If you have a certain budget, you need to let these caterer’s know upfront! We will let you know what services we can provide for you!! I am not rich yet but I budget my money on the daily!! My price is my price!! Thank you to everyone that has booked me! I appreciate you all!!

Amwaste is horrible. I've been trying to get my personal garbage cans back for over 2 months. Each time I call they give me the runaround. Today I spoke with Cynthia and she gave me the same script as Lakendra, Lashonda and many others. They have no reason not to return my units. I advised her I would even come and sit and wait to get an explanation as to why. Everyone on my block has 2 or more cans for their house. Ms. Cynthia said we can only dispose of 1 can. Oh really, so I asked for something in writing. (Crickets). Yea. I want a resolution
