I'm Timothy Thompson, also known as H**p The Artist, and I want to take a moment to share something incredibly special with all of you. As many of you know, I've dedicated my life to uplifting, educating, and structuring our local communities through various forms of art, music, and digital media. But this journey is not just about me – it's about us, our community, and the incredible potential we all hold within us.

I founded Backends Global State Foundation with a mission to create a lasting impact in our community. We focus on comprehensive life skills development, including STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics), AI training, mentoring, conflict resolution, and so much more. Our goal is to provide the tools, resources, and support that individuals need to thrive and succeed in all areas of life.

Here's a glimpse of what we're working on:
AI Training and Mentoring: Offering comprehensive training sessions on AI technologies and applications, along with one-on-one mentoring for individuals looking to advance their skills in AI.
Dress Code and Professional Etiquette: Conducting workshops on professional dress code standards and interview etiquette.
Resume Creation and EPK Development: Assisting with the creation of professional resumes and Electronic Press Kits (EPKs).
Life Navigation and Conflict Resolution: Providing training in conflict resolution strategies and essential life skills.
Simulation Stations: Offering driving simulators and other tools to enhance learning and skill development.
Art and Event Space: Hosting art exhibits, performances, and local business markets.
Computer Lab and Meeting Spaces: Fully equipped labs and meeting rooms for educational and community use.
