A common myth about choosing a country club as your wedding venue is that you don’t need an outside planner/coordinator, because they have an in-house wedding representative!
It is SO helpful to have a venue coordinator who solely serves weddings at the country club and knows it like the back of their hand. They represent the venue and help handle the country club’s side of the business when it comes to the wedding (catering, alcohol, venue logistics, etc.). Most details outside of that, for example- booking vendors, timeline creation, design planning, invitations, ceremony details, etc. fall on the bride and her team. That’s where we come in!
