Holidays are here, and the New Year is right around the corner! While so many people start their new fitness routine in January, we are here to offer you, our World Class parents, a way to kickstart your healthy habits early with our FGHTR Fitness Kickboxing class!
Come join us for FREE FGHTR Fridays! Every Friday at 11 am and 12 pm, we will be offering our fitness kickboxing class for you to come and get your sweat on!
If you're unfamiliar with our FGHTR Fitness program, here is a little overview:
🎯Every class is broken into 4 modules or parts that are all led by a trainer:
1. Warm-up and prep work
2. Kickboxing (High-energy fun with no martial arts experience needed)
3. Body & Band Work - use resistance bands and body weight movements
4. Recovery Cooldown - Roll out, stretch and breathe!
👉The program's goal is to provide all fitness levels (from beginner to experienced) a way to progress in your health and wellness. Not only lose fat, burn calories and get toned, but also become stronger, increase stamina, mobility and gain confidence! Plus the community is SUPER FUN!
💥Our FGHTR Program is not only unique with how many aspects of fitness we cover, but also the culture of the class. Imagine blending laughing, Disney villains, bumping Britney Spears and Lil' John music, with some push-ups, sweat and smashing stuff in a legal way! It's the ultimate stress relief.

Common Questions:
Question: What if I've never done a fitness class before?
Answer: We will have one of our trainers walk you through every step of the way! And everything we do is modifiable for age, experience, and special situation!
Question: Do I need to know how to kick or punch?
Answer: Absolutely not! Most of our FGHTRs have never done kickboxing, boxing or Tae Kwon Do. All of the movements are taught and easily picked up for new participants.
Question: Do I need gloves or any other equipment?
Answer: Nope! We will have gloves for you to borrow. If you'd like to have your own gloves you can bring your own or purchase some at the school but there is no obligation to have your own right away!
Question: Do I need to be in shape to get started?
Answer: The reason why you get started is to get in shape. No matter where you are in your health journey, FGHTR will challenge you appropriately and everything is modifiable. You only compete with yourself! The class is for teens and adults only though.
