Good morning!!! Not sure if you all remember how cold it was last week, but it's even colder this week!!! Bundle up and come see us as this is our last market of the year: we are in the big parking lot today. We'll be here until 12noon!

The special dish for this chilly weekend is Clear Noodle Soup with Minced Pork, a light and flavorful meal!

We use pork bone broth simmered for hours to achieve a naturally rich and balanced taste, seasoned with sea salt and enhanced with the aroma of garlic and pepper. For the noodles, we chose thick noodle for a chewy texture. The dish is topped with a jumbo-sized minced pork patty, along with pork ribs and tofu.
