While I can’t speak for all of us, I do know that some of us were thrusted into the industry!

I’m one whose family though because I’m very thorough, patient and good at solving problems though this was something I’d be good at. 🧐

Because of the lack of interest I didn’t even know Event planners existed! I honestly thought everyone was decorators!! 😆
That’s literally how I started!!

I had no clue what it took to be a planner..
👉What role I would be doing
👉The difference between the titles
👉What I needed
👉Who I could help
👉What resources I needed
👉The tools needed or even mentoring from other planners!!🥴
I was out here on a wing and a prayer until I got structured!

Let’s get back to the basics, without foundation we make our jobs harder than they should be.
