🍷Scenes from 35th Annual Wine Auction…

We were so honored to craft a menu with Honorary Chairs Frank & Pardis Stitt!

We started the night off with passed hors d’œuvres including our Smoked Salmon on a House-made Potato Crisp with Dill, Caviar & Crème Fraîche and our Fontina Arancini!

We then got to serve 400 guests 3 delicious courses including:
🌱Shaved Kale & Brussels Sprouts Salad
🍴Braised Boneless Beef Short Ribs & Root Vegetable Gratin
🍰 & Miniature Desserts (Coconut Cake, English Toffee Pudding & a Chocolate Mousse Shooter)

It was such a beautiful night! Tum Tum will donate all the money raised from the auction to Alabama Children’s Charities!
