Dear Friends. It is with great disappointment and sadness that I have to announce that Scratch Catering will be closing for the entire summer. I wish this was easy, it is not. We love our business as we love each and everyone of you. We, Michael and I, are not giving up. We need your support more than ever.
Please help us in our journey, and in our recovery, in Scratch Catering to be vibrant again.

Being without a lot in the money department whilst living in Torino Italy. Trying to retain a career and starting in a new home. I created eggplant fritters that we enjoy so often and they’re a great snack the day after. Simply using self rising flour. Grated Parmigiana Reggiano, Water. Fry in hot oil. Finish in the oven. Yum!!! I miss my Torino Family that provided so much. Especially wisdom. OX
