Hors d’oeuvres: Ahi Tuna bites, smoked salmon cucumber rolls with lemon & dill cream cheese, spinach artichoke crostinis and our classic bruschetta w/ fig balsamic glaze.
Dinner: 1/2 roasted chicken, rosated rosemary potatoes, fresh broccolini with green top carrots.

Our all inclusive dessert charcuterie is such a fun and unique option for any wedding or event. We have so much fun creating these and are happy to not only serve great food, but also an experience for you and your guests.

The freshly baked cream cheese stuffed churros and kuchen were definitely a hit with this one!

We were happy to serve over 500 guests today and two amazing couples who tied the knot. Congratulations to everyone and thank you for letting us cater this special day!

It was definitely cheesecake week here for us, as we had the pleasure of baking a 3-tiered wedding cheesecake for a beautiful new family, and of course a little extra for our belly’s. Homemade whipped cream, strawberry sauce, carmel pecan praline sauce, and a triple berry vanilla sauce to top it off🍰🍓.
