👋🏻 We’d like to take a moment to introduce ourselves and tell our story. We’re Jayla & Seth, the owners of Bismarck Soft Serve. People often ask what inspired us to start our business. It began with the desire to enjoy our favorite treat on our wedding day. We made this a reality by renting a soft serve machine from a refrigeration store. It was a fun and memorable experience for us and our guests!

A few years later we started Bismarck Soft Serve to bring that same joyful experience to the Bismarck area. We created an easy rental experience because we know from our wedding just how hard it is to transport a 200-pound ice cream machine! To us it’s not just about ice cream – it’s about helping our customers celebrate the special moments in their lives in the same way we did on our wedding day! 🍦

Yesterday when we arrived to pick up our machine after a graduation party a young boy came up to us and said “This is the best ice cream ever!” He liked it so much that he had 15 ice cream cones! 🍦
