Today started out early with prepping so we could bring breakfast bowls to 270 hungry NISC Employees by 8 am! The Bowls consisted hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, crumbled bacon and sautéed onions & peppers! Rounding things out was a fresh fruit medley!

We humbly accepted the honor of catering the Celebration of Life for Verena Johnson. In 2023 we were blessed to cater her son’s wedding. Tonight was bittersweet considering the circumstances, but wonderful to see her son and daughter in law, Kelly & Brynn again as well as a number of people we knew. Our prayers of strength and clarity go out to her family & friends, hoping God’s promise of paradise eases their pain.
Thank you for trusting us with this meal of celebration consisting of our Guinness-braised pulled pork, grilled Wisconsin beer brats, bbq bacon beans, old-fashioned cole slaw & chips!

As always, it was an honor to serve lunch yesterday and today to one of the regiments of our ND National Guard!
Yesterday was our Guinness-braised pulled pork, cole slaw & fruit, today was Mesquite-grilled chicken breasts with a mustard-Italian aioli, chips & fresh fruit.

Congratulations to Kaylynn & Cole on their wedding last evening at the wonderful Gateway to Science! We served up a combo meal of Smoked beef brisket & Mesquite-grilled Swiss-cream chicken breasts, side salad , roasted baby potatoes & a dinner roll.
Making the night run smoothly were some great gals from Dakota Staffing.

As our ND National Guard wind down the second to last day of their 2 week drill commitment, we proudly made sure they had enough fuel to take them through tomorrow, where we’ll be serving them an early lunch. For tonight’s supper, Chicken Alfredo, salad with cheese, garlic knots and fresh fruit. And once again, thank you for all that you do in preparation for the rest of us needing you to do what you’re trained to accomplish.

Come to The Lüft and help celebrate United Way’s “Little Black Dress” event!
We have the honor of serving cranberry-pecan chicken salad croissant sliders, BBQ meatballs, salami, pepperoni & prosciutto wrapped mozzarella, veggies & dip, balsamic feta bruschetta with pretzel chips, our house Chex mix and Little Black Dress cookies! Not to mention your favorite beverages provided by The Lüft!

This morning was bright and early at 6:15 am with the National Guard as we helped “fuel the tanks” of these young men and women before they took off to Wyoming for theie 2 week drill camp! The menu was a simple sausage, egg & cheese breakfast croissant, yogurt & juice.
It was an honor seeing you off and I’ll have a hot meal or three waiting for you when you get back!
