Ho Ho Ho and a big thank you to Red Door Pediatrics for having us cater their Christmas Party tonight.
For appetizers during their social, we provided a variety of of meats & cheeses with crackers as well as our hot buffalo chicken dip and naan bites.
The main meal was a choice of grilled Chicken Alfredo or seasoned beef meatballs & gravy with mashed potatoes. Both meals also came with a mixed greens salad with cheese & a dinner roll! Talk about holiday comfort food! Merry Christmas and thank you, again for letting us be a part of your celebration!

Thank you to the North Dakota Association of Rural Electric Cooperatives for having us cater their lunch today. On the menu is grilled sirloin steak burgers with all the toppings (cheese, lettuce, onions, pickles & tomatoes)! Old-fashioned potato salad & chips!

While turkey’s coming….Monday before is for tacos and all the goods that go with it!
We were honored to serve the ND Association of Rural Electric Cooperatives a 2-meet taco & salad bar today featuring grilled chicken breasts fajita style and our special ground beef! Toppings of shredded lettuce & cheese, black beans, SW corn, diced tomatoes, black olives & onions, salsa, sour cream, hot sauce, chips & queso! Dessert was a frosted brownie!

It’s Parent/Teacher Conference time and that means fueling the engines of the 60 great staff members at BECEP as they get ready to meet with parents!
It is an honor today to serve them a 5-cheese Tortellini & Grilled-chicken Alfredo, mixed greens with ranch & vinaigrette & bread sticks!

What an awesome night helping 300 CHS football players & with family celebrate their awesome season with a wonderful banquet!

Last night we had the pleasure of catering the annual Chi St Alexius Awards Banquet at Gateway to Science!
What makes this event unique for us is it’s one of the few “plated” events we do and my gang from Dakota Staffing really helped make the night professional and a success. Social hour had guests enjoying meat & cheese trays with crackers, balsamic feta bruschetta on pretzel crisps, prosciutto/genoa salami/pepperoni wrapped mozzarella & fresh fruit. For the plated main meal, 180 guests enjoyed either smoked beef brisket or a Mesquite-grilled swiss-cream chicken breast with mashed potatoes & gravy, honey & brown sugar-glazed carrots, salad & dinner roll. For dessert, we served a decadent cheese cake with a salted caramel drizzle.
Thank you for having us and we look forward to seeing you again next year!

On the breakfast menu today were 50 ham or sausage/egg & cheese breakfast burritos with salsa & sour cream with a fresh fruit medley!

While always an honor to cater for our National Guard, last night was extra special as it was a more relaxed fall banquet at the Mandan Moose!
Adding to the socializing, we served our Guinness-braised pulled pork, bbq bacon & brisket beans, side salad, fresh fruit & chips!

You all know what they say is the most important meal the day and Energy Alliance Cooperative is hosting a strategic planning breakfast where we served up breakfast croissants with egg, cheese and sausage, ham or bacon, yogurt with granola & fresh berries.
