On the breakfast menu today were 50 ham or sausage/egg & cheese breakfast burritos with salsa & sour cream with a fresh fruit medley!

While always an honor to cater for our National Guard, last night was extra special as it was a more relaxed fall banquet at the Mandan Moose!
Adding to the socializing, we served our Guinness-braised pulled pork, bbq bacon & brisket beans, side salad, fresh fruit & chips!

It’s always a blast when we get invited to cater an employees lunch at NISC. Today we fed 280 appreciative staff a penne pasta with a Merlot marinara, choice of grilled chicken, smoked andouille sausage or meatballs, side salad with Parmesan and garlic breadsticks.
Also, thank you to their serving crew for dishing things up for your workmates!
Thanks again and we look forward to the next time!

All I can say is it was an honor and a privilege to serve our ND National Guard this weekend. My usual troop in Bismarck and an awesome troop from Dickinson. 4 meals since Friday ranging from meatball subs, beef stroganoff, smoked brisket to andouille sausage pasta combined with side salads, dinner rolls & fresh fruit. 440 meals in all and I hope the brave men & women appreciated me as much as I appreciate what they represent to me.

Double dipping seems to be the theme this fall! We had the honor to provide a continental breakfast and lunch for 70 members of the ND Rural Electric Cooperatives!
Breakfast included assorted pastries, yogurt & granola, mini cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit and mini bagels with assorted cream cheese.
Lunch was our beef & chicken taco bar with all the toppings, queso & chips as well as brownie bites!

We’re doubling up the fun on this last Friday of the month. We first got the gang at Eide Ford-Kia all set for their lunch consisting of grilled sirloin steak burgers, Beer Brats, salad, pickles, chips & brownie bites.
Our second luncheon is at the Governor’s Residence and being sponsored by ND United. It was an honor to set up our 2-meat taco bar with ground beef, fajita-style chicken, lettuce, cheese, black beans, fiesta corn, chips, salsa, sour cream, brownie bites & cheesecake bites!

Congratulations and thank you Kiara & Turner for allowing us to provide you with your first meal as husband and wife at the beautiful venue of the Barn at South 40! Tonight’s menu was Beef Stroganoff, Mesquite-grilled Chicken Alfredo, mixed veggies, salad with feta, and dinner rolls with butter. It was an honor and also, a special shout out to Dakota Staffing for once again providing an amazing service staff! Cheers!

Interesting weekend having served 6 meals since Friday. Three were for the National Guard.
I always am excited to see these young men & women…full lives ahead of them. Finding commonality with their fellow soldiers, learning skills, gaining strength in their confidence and patriotism while fulfilling their commitment to the United States.
Tonight I had the extreme privilege to serve the American Legion Picnic. A room filled with men & wives. Battle-worn from their service and the many decades of living under their belts.
My head was swimming as I was honored to serve dinner to 60 that served our country, many before I was born. Their group does amazing community work and I even had the honor to visit with one veteran that was celebrated for his 70th consecutive year as a member of the American Legion. I thanked him, gave him a challenge coin and with a chuckle he told me he looked forward to me helping celebrate his second 70 years! 😊
Their picnic tonight was smoked beef brisket, crusted cheesy potatoes, salad with cheese, fresh fruit, dinner rolls & brownie/cheesecake bites.
Thank you again for the honor!
