What an honor it was to be a part of a beautiful marriage celebration last evening for Bre & Tyce!
We were thrilled to serve the bride & groom their first meal as husband and wife along with 380 guests!
A special shout out to my great gals from Dakota Staffing who served guests our Guinness-braised pulled pork, BBQ Bacon & Brisket Beans, salad & chips to this group.

We had the honor again yesterday to provide lunch to the ND National Guard at the Bohn Armory. On the menu was a grilled chicken breast wrapped in bacon & a brown sugar bbq glaze, potato salad, chips & fresh fruit!

Last Saturday was a first! We were honored to provide meals for TWO weddings and it worked out amazing! ONE wedding was at the beautiful Venue 25 and had our Guinness-braised pulled pork, bbq bacon & brisket beans & potato salad….Congratulations to Sarah & Ross & thank you for allowing us to be a part of your celebration!
The other wedding was a unique intimate wedding along the river with incredible scenery. For this wedding we served butlered appetizers of potato skins & aioli, salami/pepperoni/prosciutto & mozzarella roll-ups & Polynesian shrimp/jalapeno sausage skewers. Dinner was either a bacon-wrapped brown sugar chicken breast or honey-bourbon salmon, crusted cheese potatoes, salad with feta & a dinner roll. Dessert was crème brûlée! Congratulations to Kelly and Tom and thank you for allowing us to be a part of your special day!

Thank you Eide Ford-Kia of Mandan for letting us cater your end of the month BBQ! We made sure they are ready to take care of all your vehicle needs, whether it’s an oil change, dining something that’s not right or helping you with your new ride!
Today’s menu was grilled sirloin burgers & cheese, Grilled Wisconsin beer brats, old-fashioned cole slaw, pickles, chips, brownie bites and assorted beverages!

After a few weeks off recharging the batteries, it was an honor to kick back into gear by serving the Bismarck Chapter of Disabled Veterans annual picnic.
The history and stories of these patriots warms my heart and providing their meal again this year was amazing. Also, their biggest supporters, The Freedom Rider Motorcycle Club attended as well and it’s always grewt to see thise familiar faces.
Tonight’s menu was our award-winning Guinness-braised pulled pork sandwiches, grilled Wisconsin beer brats, BBQ Bacon & Brisket beans, old fashioned coleslaw, fresh fruit, chips & assorted cookies.

After a busy lunch….our evening was finished with a beautiful reception for Elizabeth and Jaxon. 300+ in an outdoor setting with a day that could not be predicted by the night before! We were honored to serve them their first meal as husband and wife as well as their guests chicken Alfredo, Italian meatballs in a Merlot marinara, side salad and dinner rolls. A special thanks to Megan (onyxandevergreen.com) and her wedding planning expertise…..it was fabulous! Congratulations again!
