Our winner is Nancy Brady! The year the gown was worn was 1955. We had a few people guess right on but unfortunately did not follow us on Facebook or Instagram. So Nancy won guessing 1956!

My Husbands Grandmother was 20 when she got married and wore this beautiful gown! It was so fun to find it while cleaning out her house and it will remain on display at white lace!

Meet White Lace’s new owner, Rachel!

Rachel is a lifelong North Dakota resident who has spent her entire adult life in many different facets of the service industry. About 7 years ago she started working at White Lace and fell in love with the bridal industry. Since then she has gotten married (and planned her own wedding), opened an event planning business called Dreams to Meet that has helped plan events all over western North Dakota, given birth to a sweet baby girl, and has now taken the leap into full-time entrepreneurship! She is excited to bring new planning services to White Lace’s list of expertise for brides to rely on. On top of that there will be more news to come about the refresh our space will soon be getting as Rachel puts her own spin on our downtown location!

We have been keeping a big secret, there’s a pretty big change coming to White Lace Bridal and today is the day we get to share it with you all!

After 12 years of owning White Lace, Anne is passing the reigns off to it’s new owner Rachel. She may look familiar to most of you - she’s been part of the management team at White Lace for over 5 years. She also comes to the store with additional wedding industry experience as the owner of Dreams to Meet wedding planning in Bismarck.

White Lace and the world of bridal has been a big part of Anne’s life for the last 15 years, she is excited to pass on this downtown staple to Rachel who will carry on it’s over 40 year legacy of a woman owned business in downtown Bismarck.

If you are just starting the process, or are in the trenches of planning your wedding with us - have no fear! The change in ownership will have no effect on existing customers, gown orders, or appointments! We look forward to continuing to help our brides and meeting new brides this up coming season!
