It's been a HOTTTT minute since we have had the smoke rollin'. We have 4 beautiful pork butts on for an overnight smoke. Staring Temp is 225. Pellets are the champions blend from B&B. These beauties will get wrapped a little after midnight and back on at 250.

PORK FREEZER CLEAN OUT!!!! ! I have 1 large whole pork shoulder and 2 Boston Pork Butts we need to cook!! First come first serve! Will come slow smoked and great for holiday parties or just have around to eat on. They also freeze well. Pick up Saturday in Bixby unless otherwise arranged!

Y'ALL!!!!! These ladies were just pulled off a Six hours smoke at a current internal temp of 175. They were dressed in Brown Sugar, Honey, and Butter thrown back on the Smoker to get up to Temp of 205!!

20lb American Wagu Brisket, hand butched from Burn Co!

This bad boy will go on Pitt Boss for 17ish hours @ 225! We will be using a Championship blend of cherry, pecan, and Post Oak. Seasoning will be very traditional with Sea Salt, Ground black pepper, and Garlic powder (aka SPG).
