Why do just “something” blue when you can do every detail in blue? 🩵💭

We love how effortlessly perfect Sammi & Andrew’s wedding day details were.✨ This reception layout provided the perfect flow for 250 guests, with the head table up front and our round bar in the middle, back toward the stairs. They utilized both rounds and rectangular tables for a spacious layout.

✨Kaytlyn Long✨🩷

Kaytlyn has been assisting Malyn with weddings since 2018, but officially joined our Vinterra team this month; as Malyn and Abbey take some time to transition into becoming first-time moms. 🥰👶

Kaytlyn moved to Tulsa from Arizona in 2011, and met Malyn just a year later, slinging coffee at Starbucks in their youth. Kaytlyn brings to the team her years of managerial and customer-centered experience that she gained from working in the coffee and service industry. ☕️

Kaytlyn’s favorite verse is Isaiah 53:4-5

I joined Malyn in December of 2022, shortly after Vinterra opened. I met her at Vinterra’s grand opening and felt led to join the team. For the first year of business, we single handedly managed every single wedding and event together! We built a strong bond of teamwork through that time and have been crushing it since.😉💃❤️‍🔥

Abbey officially joined us in October of 2023, just in time to give us the extra helping hand we desperately needed! She moved to Tulsa from OKC and has become so loved by all the wedding vendors and clients here!

Abbey’s about to become a mom to her baby girl in just about a week, and we could not be more excited for her! 🎀

✨Malyn Daniels✨🌼💛

Malyn is one of the owners, the designer, and the creative mind behind Vinterra Event Venue. 🤩

In Spring of 2021, her prayers were answered as she began the process of building her dream wedding and event venue. Psalm 25:1 was the verse that Malyn stood on, despite professionals saying that the venue would not be finished in time to reach their goal completion date. Despite all odds, through a miracle, the construction finished RIGHT on time for Vinterra’s first-ever wedding on October 8th.

Say hello to our ✨Clubhouse✨

The Clubhouse is located to the right of our main space, the Grand Hall, and serves as a separate event space for smaller events.🎉

We see small events, parties, cocktail hours, ceremonies, and receptions in this space. 🥳🥂

The main room is utilized primarily for a bar, standing room, and tables; while its connected side room behind the fireplace has extra space that is utilized primarily for food, games, or extra tables!

The connected deck outside provides lots of additional space with a beautiful view of the property.

The clubhouse can fit up to 200 standing (utilizing the entire space) for an indoor cocktail hour,
up to 100 seated for a ceremony,
or up to 72 seated at tables for an event (utilizing the connected side room).

Our Clubhouse deck may be one of the best spots on our property for an outdoor cocktail hour. ☀️🥂

We love the overhanging bistro lights, shaded spaces, and the view that overlooks one of our ponds. We usually see our bistros and wooden tables placed outside, and sometimes even fun furniture from . Often times we will see a bar, appetizers, marquee letters, games, or a seating chart placed outside for guests! ✨👀

The interior of the Clubhouse is available for rental on event day, but the deck is included for free! 🤗
