Black-Eyed Susan Catering Upscale Southern Cuisine for Special Events throughout Western North Carolina Black-Eyed Susan Catering has built a reputation in excellent food and service.

We believe in using select quiality ingredients, taking the time ot make our products from scratch, and using seasonally local products. We are born and bred Southerners orginally from Alabama and have lived in the Asheville area for over 12 years. Therefore, we specialize in Upscale Southern Cuisine or as one of our clients put in "Screaming Southern". Brad & Cynthia Brasher have a long time love

affair with food. Brad has a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management and has worked in the industry for 17 years. Cynthia has a degree in Horticulture with a focus on organic practices in fruit & vegetables and grew up in a restaurant. We have many years experience in Hosting & Catering Weddings and Special Events. We would love to make your special occasion unforgetable. We are in the process of being a green cerified catering company. We compost, recycle and use biodegradable packaging products. We grow some of our herbs and will soon be getting chickens.
