We are born and bred Southerners orginally from Alabama and have lived in the Asheville area for over 12 years. affair with food. Brad has a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management and has worked in the industry for 17 years. Cynthia has a degree in Horticulture with a focus on organic practices in fruit & vegetables and grew up in a restaurant. We have many years experience in Hosting & Catering Weddings and Special Events. We would love to make your special occasion unforgetable. We are in the process of being a green cerified catering company. We compost, recycle and use biodegradable packaging products. We grow some of our herbs and will soon be getting chickens.
