I dont even have words for how amazing these pictures turned out!! Sid and Lacie did an amazing job!

Would you guess that making any arrangement always turns out much better if I listen to those little nudges from my intuition?

Sid asked for pastels with pops of contrast. I didn't plan on the blue or rich dark pink. When I was making these, I reached for those multiple times, added them in, and took them out, thinking they didn't fit what they hoped for.
But look!! Her nails and lips ended up matching it perfectly.
Being creative is a process. Trusting it (especially when there are certain boxes to check) is tough. Overthinking is usually present for each arrangement. Listening to the nudges had paid of every.single.time!!! ✨️💐💖

Not to call anyone out… but also calling some out… Websites like 1-800 Flowers, Bloomnet, Bloom Nation, etc and others alike are NOT local or reliable ways to order your flowers!🙈 There, I said it.😅

Websites like those are “big box” businesses and when you order through them, they take a portion of what you pay to pay themselves and then they just call us to make it!🤦🏼‍♀️ This means you get less flowers than what you pay for, and it’s much harder to guarantee you will get the types of flowers you are requesting because communication gets lost with multiple mediums.

My tip💡would be to go to your maps app, search “flowers”, and pick an actual shop that is near you! (Or near wherever you want to send them.)

When you do this you are calling small businesses directly, or going to their website directly, and there is no middle man taking money (and therefore flowers!!) out of your arrangement!

We are so excited to be teaming up with The Nuart for their newest show which opens THIS THURSDAY NIGHT! These cute Mini Truffula Trees (dahlia’s) and roses will be available for purchase right as you walk in the door before the show and during intermission.
