The recipe for optimal buffet flow is equal parts of height, controlled direction, separation and convenience.
It is worth noting that without the starter sauce of top-shelf teamwork, this dish underperforms every time.

🍌Banana 🍌Bread 🍌

There is no doubting that this my preferred treat to bake. It is one baked good that begs for creativity. This one is topped with mini Banana Moon Pies then drizzled with caramel. That golden brick of goodness envelopes a cranberry, blueberry and candied pecan mix. Oh, and it has 🍌bananas🍌as well…super ripe.

Long story short (no pun intended). Too much prepared biscuit dough for breakfast turns into an after dinner treat. Macerated Strawberries, Sweetened Whipped Cream and an underbelly of Blackberry Preserves provide the finishing touch.

Who says you can’t have pie for breakfast?
Traditional pie crust layered with phyllo (filo) dough is the foundation that houses a two protein, four cheese and egg mixture. Topped with Truffle Parmesan and Black Garlic, this pie echelons your ordinary breakfast casserole.

Goat Cheese and Bacon Mini Peppers are indeed the GOAT appetizer. A little Spring Onion on top makes them pop, but never refer to them as “Poppers” 🙄

It was great opportunity and privilege to cater the Union County Republican Party’s Annual Christmas Event on 12-17-22.
Being allowed to create custom seasonal menu items, e.g., Baked Cranberry Glazed Chicken, was the proverbial “icing on the cake”.
