She's baaaaaacccckkk! It was a nice break (although, owning and running a small business, is there ever really a break😅), but we're happy to be back in Market mode! See everyone at the Ice Fest Market at The Barn at Ligonier from 12-4 today!

I'll have quiche, soup (frozen), Bananas Foster Croissant bread pudding, scones, cookies, coffee cakes - including a delicious new Tuscan Coffee Cake, sourdoughEnglish Muffins (I have a new cinnamon rum Raisin one), key lime bars, lavender lemon bars, and more! See you soon!

As always, you can catch some of my baked goods at DV8 Espresso Bar & Gallery and Highlands Market -it's been a great ski season, so make sure you stop in and see them before or after you hit the slopes at Seven Springs or Hidden Valley! I also have a few more retail locations in the works, so stay tuned for those fun new ventures.

✨️Big Announcement for 2025✨️

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday, and the new year is starting out great for you all!

First, I want to thank you all for an amazing 2024. We grew, we learned, we worked to the point of total exhaustion (and beyond). We had lots (mostly) ups, with a very rare down.

We also took some time at the end of the year and the beginning of this year to make some adjustments, restructure, and venture into something we've talked about for a long time. We are so excited to announce that we will be introducing an LGK Food Truck!🚚

We will be bringing you along with us as we document our food truck build/journey! We will hopefully be ready to roll by spring!

We're also creating an exciting new menu- we'll have a steady menu and also have some fun specials, as well. We look forward to seeing you at our usual markets and new ones, too!

We couldn't and wouldn't be here without you, so thank you, and thanks to Brad (I flew solo/or enlisted the help of my family/mother-in-law), so he could bust out the overtime!

Starting the new year off healthy thanks to the The Kefir Chicks ! I purchased their dehydrated kefir crystals this summer at Ligonier Country Market and finally found the time (which, I could have started sooner, it was so simple). Tried my hand at an Apricot water kefir and starting a fresh batch of plain while I think up some fun new flavors! It was such a fun experiment and their instructions were easy to follow. Grab some next time you see them and try your own! I also can't wait to see what flavors they come up with next, and stock up on some of my favorites.

I would like to thank everyone who placed an order this season! I'm grateful for each and every one of you.

Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances, I will not be at Disobedient Spirits LLC tonight for Festivus after all (I have some grievances that will be aired another day) -but please go see them and have a blast! They have a great cocktail menu for you. I will hopefully be back there next year!

I'll be taking the rest of the week/year off for much needed rest and recovery. I hope you all have a great Festivus, a very Merry Christmas, and a fun and safe New Year!🎄🎊

My mom & uncle will be set up for me for the Greensburg Night Market at the Live Casino Pittsburgh from 11-3- they will be cash or venmo only! Hi everyone! Of course I'm behind, per my usual - mostly because I have so many wonderful ideas, I struggle to narrow it down for you! Here's my Holiday Menu/Cookie Menu for the 2024 season. I'll also have a calendar of events where you can find me for your holiday treats!

The holiday ordering has a few changes this year. Due to increase of volume of retail, private catering, events, and just time in the kitchen, I will NOT be able to offer delivery. I will however have three pick up points - my kitchen in Blairsville, one in Delmont, and one in Greensburg - that I will have everyone's orders with me. I'll have scheduled hours you can pick up at my kitchen, and I will have a two hour window that you can pick up in Delmont and a 2 hour window you can pick up in Greensburg. Pick up in Greensburg/Delmont will be on the 23rd, and at my kitchen anytime -final pick up day will be December 23rd.

Orders must be received by December 18th. In order for your order to be placed and confirmed, it will require a 50% non-refundable retainer at time of placing the order, and final payment must be made day of pick up. Payment can be made by Venmo, cash, check, card, PayPal, Zelle.

Cheers, friends & fam. The past few years have had incredible ups and heartbreaking downs. This year, I took Thanksgiving off to be with my family, and spend it at the beach. It's given me much needed time to reflect, and while I'm always grateful for you all, I just really want to say it again-THANK YOU! There's so much time, stress, lost time with friends and family, hard work, and dedication to bring you my passion, and while it's work, I love it. And I couldn't do it without you. Your support, kindness, and patience means everything. I'll never be able to give you all enough thanks.
