It's time for another Greensburg Night Market ! I have so many good things for you tonight! Catch me on Block 3 with my usuals, and then some! I have Thai Curry Butternut Squash back (vegan/GF), lady locks, apple dumplings, pumpkin pumpkin rolls, stuffed soft pretzels, coffee cake, and since I had some Bananas that needed used up- I'm also bringing Bananas Foster Cinnamon Rolls! They're a banana sweet roll, Spiced Cinnamon Sugar filling, topped with a brown sugar rum sauce, fresh sliced Bananas, and a vanilla dark rum glaze. Decadent is the only word to describe them. Fun fact- Bananas Foster is my favorite dessert!🍌

I had a great day at the Greensburg Night Market Holiday Market on Sunday at the casino, and now we're onto the Greensburg Night Tomorrow Night - catch me on Block 3, and then I'll be slingin' some hot foods at Whitehorse Brewing LLC Friday Night. We're gonna have a great time - it's the Whitehorse Brewing Beer Exchange! I'll post the Night Market Menu tomorrow morning, but here's the Whitehorse Menu to drool over in the meantime!

Wow! What another incredible Ligonier Country Market Holiday Market in the books! Except for a few odds & ends, I was 95% sold out today. THANK YOU ALL - customers, staff, and other vendors - for making it an amazing market! I'll miss my Ligonier regulars, but hope to catch you in the off season, or I'm sure spring will be here before we know it.

Thanks to some (but not all) of my favorite vendors, sorry I didn't get to everyone I wanted to, but here's what I was able to get to:

I can't believe it's time for the Ligonier Country Market Holiday Market! You can find my in my regular spot (40) loaded with so many great baked goods! I even have cranberry pistachio rugelach, Gingerbread cinnamon rolls, lady locks, and nut rolls are back for the holidays! See you tomorrow from 12-4!

Wow! October has been quite the month! between markets, pop-ups, retail orders, and private catering, the month just flew by! No time for a break though, because we're rolling into November hot with the Ligonier Country Market Holiday Market this Saturday! I have an absolutely incredible menu planned for you so stay tuned.

I'm still working on returning emails, texts, and messages from this week, weekend, and a week (or two prior). Sorry if you're waiting on me, I've been SO busy being hands on in the kitchen that I'm trying my best to get caught up on the behind the scenes things. Trying my absolute hardest to get back to everyone by tomorrow sometime (and catching my breath in the meantime)! Thanks for your understanding and patience- you are ALL the best! 🥹
