“We couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful wedding venue than Enotah Valley! If you are thinking of having your wedding here, do it! Linda and Tate are amazing! From my first tour of the venue to the day of the wedding, Linda was so helpful with planning and vendor recommendations! We used most of the beautiful decor already available at the venue, and the reception space looked spectacular! We didn’t have to use much outdoor decoration because the beautiful flowers, greenery, arbor, and creek already made the ceremony site look and feel magical! I highly recommend this venue!”

“Linda really went above and beyond for us before and during the wedding. The venue was everything I was looking for (and I visited 12 different venues until I found Enotah) but having Linda there as the day-of coordinator ended up being the best part of the deal. Her husband and their friendly staff were all a huge help as well.Venue-wise it checks all the boxes; woodsy ceremony space, warm reception hall, accessibility throughout, plenty of bathrooms, and the surrounding area has tons of fun activity options as well as group loggings so we could all stay together. Plus the decor that comes with the venue! I wanted “woodsy and whimsical” and Linda had decor for that included already! I could keep gushing, but our wedding was literally perfect and it was all thanks to Enotah.”

Enotah Valley’s Grounds are filled with a rich history starting in the 1930’s when the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) were stationed here at Camp Enotah. These newly remastered photos allow us to take a deeper look into what life was like on Enotah’s property back then!

Back in the fall of 1933, construction began for the enlisted men, ages 18-25, to “preserve the natural resources of these United States. The men would replant trees, build fire towers like the one at Brasstown Bald, and build roads. This included construction of US 129 which runs in front of Enotah Valley. An original CCC constructed bridge on US 129 can still be seen today at the front of the property!

If you are interested in learn more about the CCC and Camp Enotah, visit the museum at Vogel State Park right up the road from Enotah Valley!
