We will be calling trap off for tonight Tuesday May 21st due to incoming weather. It will have to be made up in the next two weeks. Not a good way to start the season but can’t control “Mother Nature”. Please share to get this message out there .

🚨🚗 Attention Bloomer High School students and community members! 🚑🏥

Bloomer High School, in collaboration with Mayo Clinic, will be hosting a MOCK car crash event at the high school in the parking lot on April 24th from 9:30-11:30 a.m.

There will be sirens from the Police, Fire, and EMS. In addition, the Mayo One Helicopter will be landing also.

Trap meeting 2023 will be Thursday April 6th at 7 pm. Get your teams together and have rosters/changes if possible. ❄️ SNOWSTORM CLEANUP INFO ❄️
Thank you for your patience with this week's snowstorm and cleanup efforts. The Bloomer Street Dept. and Bloomer Electric Dept. have been hard at work to clean up our community and the continued snowfall has definitely added some challenges. Their hard work is extremely appreciated!! Please continue to be understanding and patient with the cleanup efforts. ⬇️ Below is some info they'd like to pass along to the community heading into the weekend.

💥 POWERLINE ISSUES:
If you find a tree limb has fallen on a powerline on your property, please contact the Bloomer Electric Dept. at 715-568-4444, ext. 0, and leave a voicemail with details. This will be routinely checked.

🌳 TREE DAMAGE CLEANUP:
Due to the continued snowfall, efforts of the Bloomer Street Dept. will be on snow removal and getting our roads cleared first. It's anticipated next week efforts will then shift to cleaning up downed tree branches that are located in the City's boulevards. If you have tree branches on your property near the roadway, please help by safely dragging them off the roadway and onto the boulevard. Your assistance is greatly appreciated during this messy, busy time!

🚙 OVERNIGHT PARKING TONIGHT:
There will be NO Overnight Parking on any City of Bloomer street tonight due to snow removal efforts. You will see our Street Dept. hard at work clearing downtown tonight and moving into the wards Saturday.
