Today I had an appointment with a bride who was getting married with a very close wear date. She had scheduled her appointment on line. I made the mistake of not seeing that she had planned on bringing 10 people with her. If I had paid closer attention to this I could have prevented the outcome of this appointment. Her group were all over the store pulling gowns and being completely out of control. My consultant did the best she could do to try and keep the appointment under control. The group spoke in their language and were totally inconsiderate when we were trying to help. Then I told her bride tribe that they need to let the bride decide on her own. That’s when they told me I’m a racist and that I was prejudice against them being Spanish. I tried to explain what a bride tribe was. They were out of control at this point. I have never been so amazed at the ignorance of this group. I was so happy when they left the store. Now all of the girls have gone on google and have written horrible reviews about Arlenes. Help!

Arlene’s was honored last night with Alyssa saying Yes to the Dress. There is so much history behind this story. Beginning in 1986 when Mary came into Arlene’s and said yes to her dress. Moving forward her daughter Jenna shopped with us and said yes to her dress. Last night when this amazing group of ladies came shopping little did we know it would be the third Yes to the Dress. This is the most beautiful family I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of their wedding planning. Love you all ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
