We’ll be diving into some fresh Paella 🥘, savoring Grilled Chorizo rolls 🌭, and enjoying the classic tortilla española 💃.

As always Upland Brewing Company will have a beer garden in site from 5:00 - 8:30 so bring your ID!

We are excited to announce that this season we will be participating at Bloomington Food Truck Friday🎉 Join us starting this Friday, the 16th, from 4 PM to 9 PM.

We will be serving our delicious best-seller, Ecuadorian Ceviche, along with:

- Paella Valenciana
- Tortillas de Patatas
- Pernil Sandwiches

And, of course, don’t miss out on our amazing Tarta Santiago and chocolate chip pistachio cookies! 🍪🍰

Dear Segovia friends! As this Bloomington Winter Farmers Market comes to a close, we would like to extend our sincerest gratitude for the support, encouragement, and love we have received over the past couple of months. Unfortunately, we will not be participating in the Bloomington Community Farmers' Market. As stated in its mission statement, the market aims to “strengthen the local agriculture and food community” and “provide a diverse assortment of products and vendors to their customer base.”

It is regrettable that, in the city's view, we do not meet the criteria for diversity and locality. However, we take pride in creating products that bring joy to customers like Gloria, Bob, Justin, Randy, Paula, Mary, Molly, Miranda, and many others, whose smiles have brightened our Saturdays.

We will be posting updates on exciting developments for Segovia. We appreciate your loyalty and look forward to seeing you this Saturday!

It's that time of year when we're grateful for the chance to bring something new and exciting to Bloomington and be a part of your special events. We're honored to be part of this community. Unfortunately, we'll be missing the Bloomington Winter Farmers Market this Saturday, 12/14, due to a prior commitment. But we'll see you next Saturday, 12/21.
