Small Business Saturday

A little story about our small business that started six seasons ago....

I found myself home with twins and an almost two year old. Drowning in a sea of blessings rather than swimming is how I felt most days. We were barley staying a float financially and spiritually. To say the least my anxiety was through the roof.

That's when Jesus sent me my first flowers. My BIL and husband planted me a row of 5,000 plus sunflowers that built a wall of refuge along our fence line at our farm. The kids and I took such joy in those simple blooms. We picked, we played, and I began to heal the chaos that was my mind.

It was sitting on the hill watching those sweet babies of mine toddle through the flowers that I decided the I wanted to share the joy of our flowers with the world. It started little at a few farmers markets the first summer and soon sarting blooming into the business it is today. Insert image of my heart exploding with gratitude.

So when you spend the extra $5 on a Seedlings bouquet instead of cheaper Kroger flowers remember that you directly supported our family, a local family, that believes in community and friendship above all else. We are striving to raise our kiddos in a way that they learn hardwork, perseverance, and dedication to a dream. To see their parents succeed and to empower them that they too can chase down their dreams. That feels totally worth the extra $5 a week to me.

Story time!!

I just finished a wonderful meal at our home with my family and was feeling so grateful that I wanted to jump on and share how special you all are to me.

So I grabbed my phone to make a post to thank all of you for yet another wonderful year! When I opened my phone and I received yet another gift when I was met with multiple new reviews sharing words of kindness and love of our farm, workshops, and our weddings. You guys are always cheering so loud for us and I just can’t say thank you enough.

Six short years ago I truly was gifted the PRIVILEGE to serve our community with beautiful blooms and flower filled experiences at our farm. Our little business bloomed over the years into somthing I really couldn’t have even dreamed of.

Thank you sweet flower friends and to our Jesus for allowing me to flower for you during times of celebration, grief, and to deliver you your weekly bundle of sunshine.

I couldn’t be more blessed to get to wake up and do something everyday that I truly love. I get to do that because of all of you.

So thank you from the bottom of my heart!
