PORK- smoked or slow roasted pulled pork-48 hour notice on baby back and flat rack ribs( only drop and go for the ribs. They are not an option for a wedding)-hot or sweet sausages-smoked kielbasa-pork loin or tenderloin

CHICKEN-halves-1/4 leg thigh- shredded seasoned chicken - bbq thighs legs breast
TURKEY- turkey breast slow roasted or smoked
BEEF-(all slow roasted or smoked) shredded beef- prime rib- beef bbq-chuck roast- hamburger bbq
SOUPS- meatless chili or with the following-hamburger- or ground chicken- also ham and bean-haluska
ITALIAN- pasta with meatballs or sausage- vegetarian lasagna or with meat of your choice
Vegetable- corn-green beans-broccoli-cauliflower
SIDES- all homemade from scratch ! Macaroni salad - side salad-cooper mac and cheese-coleslaw-pasta salad-fruit salad-baked beans-corn bread regular or jalapeño -caprese salad-mashed potatoes
