Being from a big family things would get very hectic and I learned that I needed to capture moments in my camera so I could look back and smile at all the fun times. When I became a mother I saw how often I had that camera in my hand and it was a lot.....my passion grew. I was given an opportunity to work
for and with a local professional photographer eleven years ago and I took it. I soaked in e
very bit of information I could asked many questions that I am sure she got sick of answering. About a year after that I photographed my first wedding and then I got a second wedding and then a third and so on..... So I have been photographing weddings here and there for eight years and in that time I started to do family sessions as well. Over the past three years I have branched out to maternity, seniors, and infant/children. I guess I figured I would take the plunge...this is a huge step for me to go from the "freelance" title I use to give my self to professional. I have had many hours of reading , learning and growing. I hope this adventure helps me grow and learn even more.....becasue there is always room for that ! I want something for myself and helps me bring a smile and happiness to others. Helping others makes my world go round and what better way than capturing their spirits ! My family is my life and this allows me to still be home with my children as these are the most important years of their lives. I have been blessed with three beautiful children and a husband that supports my dreams . With out them and my camera in their faces all the time none of this would be happening.
