As this spring wedding season comes to an end there is so much to be grateful for.

1. All the brides that trusted us to cater your big day! Without you we are nothing, and we love celebrating you more than you can even imagine.
2. The staff the continues to stand by me no matter what. These are the real heroes. It's easy to tell me congrats or thank you, but it's the ones who support me and work endlessly to make events perfect that deserve all the credit. From making pizzas, to insane heat, rain, long days, late nights, truck problems and anything else you can imagine. THANK YOU.

We are looking forward to serving everyone next Friday at lot9.

Now it's time to cool off and jump in the pool.

As the spring wedding season comes to an end, we are relieved to have a little break but also sad to see it go. We served so many beautiful guests, met countless amazing brides, and smiled more than we expected to. We grew as people and a business, which is all we could ever ask for.

This weekend was fun.

Thank you to anyone who trusts us for your wedding, for your surprise party, or your backyard birthday. Thank you for allowing us to cook your Friday night dinner, or your Saturday morning cold pizza snack.

Having my child love the pizza truck has made me look at my job completely different these past months. It’s made me love what I do and who I do it with more and more. She views my staff as her siblings and the truck as a home of hers which makes me happier than you can even imagine. It makes me want to work harder and be more creative and make her proud of all we do when she’s older.

We have a new truck!
Well that’s not accurate at all, however we are temporarily borrowing this truck while ours is being fixed. Therefore we can finally start getting back out there again. See you on Friday !

Shes a 1952 Dodge and will be making all The Southern Peel pizza for the next undetermined amount of time. If you are a future bride or party planner I will be reading out to you today.

HAPPY NATIONAL PIZZA DAY!

If we didn’t have such a heart warming event to do tonight, we would love to serve pizza to y’all.
We will post an update in the next day about our truck and how we’re planning to move forward. We truly cannot wait to serve you again.
