Happy ho-ho-ho-Holidays from Santa🎅 & his merry band of elves at Hewitt Oaks who sprinkled & sparkled, & transformed Gracie Ballroom into a spectacular Christmas extravaganza yesterday!

Only a chef Christopher, festive feast could coax this busy, big guy 🎅 out of the North Pole for an early visit to ,& we’re elated from our heads to our mistletoes that it did!

An exceptional morning full of traditional, holiday favorites, family-oriented activities, & of course, lots of happy children experiencing the magic of Christmas & sharing their wishes with Santa!

Guests were greeted with poinsettia punch & marshmallow topped hot cocoas, as they followed the trail of delights to praline pecan french toast, egg soufflés, & an assortment of Christmas sweets! It’s safe to say, we made the nice list of Santa & all the special friends in attendance!

When all were full of decadent treats & holiday fun, we sent them off with cherished Christmas memories we know will dance in their heads for years to come 🎄

…& it doesn’t end here! We bring you good tidings of great joy, because the fun won’t come to an end with the season! Labor day provides an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of workers in all kinds of spheres, & since we’re in the business of celebrating 🎉, we’re elated to show off the success of our staff! ⁣

A dream of a small, party planning side gig that started in the basement of Bethany’s mom’s Tennessee home, followed by almost 20 years of sweat, stress, (& even some tears along the way) has grown into the home of Hewitt Oaks & an award winning catering & design team that has risen to the top of all southern celebrations. ⁣

The most delightful, lowcountry evening hosting one of our corporate client’s annual conference celebration dinner this week!

We kicked things off with a southern welcome of delicious, honey peach Mojitos 🍯 🍑 🍃, & a generous selection of butler passed hors d'oeuvres in Riders Courtyard. set the mood with classic tunes on the guitar while guests located their glass🍾 & seating card on our champagne cocktail wall before heading to their table.

Speaking of the tables…look at those hand painted table cards! Our Event Planning Assistant, Madi, created water-colored table es**rt cards to help capture the upscale Coastal Southern look our client requested. The tables were named after local towns, Beaufort, Bluffton, HHI, Charleston, Seabrook, etc.

Another touch we’re loving from this special night, is the corporate logo featured on the mantle! This is a beautiful way to showcase your company, & especially great for an awards event (we should know 😉).

& because we know a great event doesn’t end at decor, we would be remiss not to share the delicious details on last nights menu…
The Land & Sea Menu included Beef Tenderloin with Cheerwine Demi & Roasted Scallops with Blood Orange Gastrique atop Smoked Corn & Grits, Rainbow Carrots, & Roasted Asparagus! 😋 We are still getting emails & messages raving about the dinner today, which just delights our hearts 💕
