-It’s okay to feel stressed, overwhelmed, sad, or anything in between.
-Set Realistic Expectations: Don't put too much pressure on yourself to have a perfect holiday. Remember, it's okay to say no to certain invitations or activities if you're feeling overwhelmed.
-Practice Self-Care: Make time for yourself to relax and recharge. This could include taking a bath, reading a book, or spending time in nature. We’re lucky that we usually get nice weather here in Bluffton, SC during the holidays.
